Visualization serves to make complex relationships transparent and support the notion of process orientation at all business levels with corresponding illustrations. Our experience shows that individual, level-specific processing for management and the individual departments is often the key to success. The visualization of processes as well as the associated goals and parameters can also be implemented in a further step as a portal solution in an Intranet (HTML).

Adequate visualization is a substantial success factor for the broad acceptance of the process orientation. Besides the level-specific processing for different users, the easy-to-grasp structural logic of the models is particularly noteworthy.
