Prozess Optimization

In the analysis phase, the weak points within the processes are recorded. As many processes were already optimized from within, it is helpful to examine them externally in order to identify the potential for overlapping process optimization. Target figures defined together with the customer provide the basis of process optimization: they span from general cost reduction to efficiency, flexibility and quality aspects onto complete restructuring, for example through the merger of organizational units. We then turn the potentials recognized by means of process analysis methods into alternative recommendations for process optimization. These alternatives take all aspects of the business into account: strategies, goals, key data, procedures, organizational structures and data processing systems.

Our approach is targeted at the overall visualization of processes and thus prevents those optimization procedures which only target symptoms, but not causes.
