Prozess Analysis

Process analysis aims to record data on the processes and structures of a company against the background of its business environment. Besides an understanding of the visions and strategies, it also places particular emphasis on individual success factors. The processes are recorded by means of the general multi-level sequence of interviews and collective reviews. The existing regulations for environmental and quality management as well as strategies for risk management can additionally be incorporated into the data recording. The goal of the process analysis is to map out a networked image of the business landscape, which – similar to a map - illustrates all essential structures. At the same time, it provides transparent information on the strengths and weaknesses as well as risks and transposes this information into corresponding cause-effect relationships.
